What is a Barrow County Rent-a-Site?

The easiest way to explain what a Rent-a-Site is would be like this-

That’s how our Barrow County Rent-a-Sites work.

I’ve been doing online marketing for years. I work on my own sites and businesses as well as working for clients to help increase and improve their online exposure. It’s what I do…and I’m good at it.

That IS a problem for me.

How Much Does it Cost To Rent a Barrow County Business Site?

The first step would be to contact us to make sure the site you are interested in is still available to rent.

If it is available, there will be a $149 set up fee. This also acts as a “good faith” deposit so I know you are truly interested in the site before I go spending time editing the site to reflect your business.

When you pay your set-up fee for your rental site, you will have a short form to fill out that helps me know more about your business. I will ask you if you have a website already, if you want me to link to that site, all your business info (phone number, address, hours, services offered, service area, etc etc), and if you have pictures you’d like me to put on the site where the current pictures are rotating on the home page. All of this information will help me make your site better and perform better online. These things also allow consumers to “get to know you” before they pick up the phone to call or stop by your business. This is important with online advertising.

There will be NO other businesses listed on your site and no other advertising at all. The site will be about you and your business only.

Sites are rented on a yearly basis and the annual rate is $499 (that’s about $42 a month – pretty darn cheap. How much do you pay for your Yellow Pages ad?).

With your rental site you also get the featured listing here on BarrowCountyBusiness.com however the info on that listing will be edited to reflect YOUR business. I will also add your Barrow County Business featured listing to any other categories that are relevant to your business. A featured listing here at BarrowCountyBusiness.com costs $199 a year by itself, but you get it free with your rental site.

If your business serves Hall County and/or Gwinnett County too – you will be presented with an opportunity to have your featured listing shown on our sister sites – HallCountyBusiness.com and GwinnettCountyBusiness.com. It costs $199 a year for a featured listing on each of those sites, but Rent-a-Site customers can add both of those directories on for an additional $99 (this is completely optional – but recommended. The more places you are listed online, the more opportunity for potential customers to FIND you online.)

The best benefit of renting a Barrow County Business site is that you have a full time search engine optimization specialist working on your site and doing all she can to ensure it stays ranking well in Google. If you owned the site, you’d be on your own doing that – or have to hire someone.
